I’m a single mama of a 9 month old trying to figure out child care arrangements for the first time - I am not certain of what would work best as I am just starting to navigate this new phase, but I definitely need help as I have a highly demanding job with unpredictable workloads and unpredictable EOBs…

I need my child to be cared for, stimulated, nurtured and encouraged to develop his curiosity, problem solving and motor skills. I want him to feel safe, cared for, happy, smile and laugh!

I am flexible, as I’m not sure about the schedule that would work best - we could work this around.
