My Wife and I are expecting our first child in Late January (a boy) and are starting the search for a nanny that will hopefully become a part of our family :)

This will start as a part time position as we will both be on parental leave and will just need a little bit of occasional help and time for our nanny to bond with our Son. Once we both return to work (we work Hybrid) in April, hours will increase and we can be pretty flexible with this.
We would like a nanny with newborn/infant experience to help us with the transition into a family of 3. Our number one focus is our new son so anything needed will be directly related to his well-being. Cuddles, bottles, and (very) light housekeeping related to baby only.

One thing to note is that we are a Lesbian couple so LGBT friendly is important.
We live in Navy Yard and can be very flexible with schedule. We are starting early to hopefully find our perfect fit. We are both very easy going and looking forward to finding a caring and fun nanny for our baby!
