Seeking a flexible and experienced nanny for our 18 month daughter. I (Melissa) am a nurse and will be going back to work in the fall. I am not sure yet what my hours will be. It is possible I will need a nanny who can do 12 hour days 4x a week. That means very early hours for arrival. My daughter will be going to preschool a few days a week for three hours so I will need someone who can take her and pick her up, so a responsible driver is needed.
