We are looking for a full time nanny in our home in Castle Rock (Crystal Valley neighborhood). We have two kids needing care, a 4 year old girl and 5 month old boy. Both parents work from home most of the time and would be available for questions/emergencies, but otherwise generally stay in our offices majority of the day. Ideal hours would be Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm. Our 4 year old starts pre-k in August and would need transportation to and from school each morning. 9am-12pm. So you would have the baby only for a couple hours each morning. We have 2 dogs. They may need to be let out to the backyard throughout the day. We also have two older kids (high school age) that may be around at times, but you would not be responsible for anything with them. We can offer ~3 weeks of paid time off per year (1 week of our choosing, 1 week of your choosing, plus the week between Christmas and New Years) plus main U.S. holidays off and paid (New years day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and day after, and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). We can pay $750/week for the hours listed above. There will be days where we will have lighter work schedules or other days off and won't need as many hours, but will still pay the weekly rate.
