My wife and I are looking for a reliable, and an organized nanny to care for our 15-month-old toddler. Start date of June 1st but flexible.
We prefer a nanny who is CPR certified and is ok with a background check & has at least 2 references. Prefer someone well versed with modern day practices in baby development. Active communication before introducing anything new to the child, changing a routine, etc. and willing to adapt to our parenting style.
