Part-time sitter for a 3 month old baby boy

I'm a school teacher looking for a part time nanny for my 3 month old son during the daytime for the 24/25 school year.
The sitter would need to care for baby including: feedings, naps, tummy time, diaper changes, book time and light cleaning (bottles and baby's laundry).
Schedule: Mondays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
*With the exception of school closures, breaks, and holidays*
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Bedtime
- Sick care
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
