Hello, we're a young family looking for a full-time nanny for our daughter. I work fully remote and am looking for someone to watch her while I'm working. We'd prefer someone who has Montessori/Gentle Parenting styled care and who is able to also help with household tasks as needed. We have two older cats as well.
We need care for our infant daughter (will be 5 months old at start of position). We'd prefer someone who has some experience with baby led weaning and is willing to do some basic household tasks.
We're hoping to find someone flexible who can occasionally start or end an hour early as needed, but mainly stick to an 8am-5pm schedule.
