Loving nanny for a one year old in Shadowridge

We are a family of four and have a dog. Our daughter goes to preschool. Our 1 year old needs a loving nanny.
We need someone who will love and play with our 1 year old. We also would like someone to help with light housework while 1 year old takes naps.
We live in the Shadowridge area of Vista.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
