We just had our second child at the end of August and a 3 year old who is in pre school. I am a corporate recruiter and my husband is a middle school P.E teacher and the high school strength and conditioning coach.

Ideally looking for a nanny who has early childhood education and experience. We are looking to do a nanny share so someone who has experience watching 3 children at once is a must. In addition to childcare someone who is open and willing to do light housekeeping during nap time would be a tremendous help!

Looking to add two other families to have a nanny share. I work from home and can help and nurse when my schedule allows.
