Part-Time Private Educator Needed for Awesome 8 Year Old Boy in Torrance, CA! He is on the autism spectrum and was previously nonverbal which has impacted his academic growth, and the family has determined that a traditional school setting is not what he needs right now, they are looking to take an individualized (1:1) approach with an amazing private educator!

LOCATION: Torrance, Los Angeles, CA
SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday from 10AM-2PM (15/16 hours/week), starting in November, your hours will increase to 30 hours/week

**Family is still debating whether this will be a year-round position (52 weeks) or just the school year (32-36 weeks), if the position extends through the summer, the schedule may differ, but they're open to coming to a mutual agreement**

RATE: $40-$60/hr gross DOE (the highest rate will be reserved for teachers with both classroom and private education experience)
QUALIFICATIONS:

CA Teaching Credential (Multiple Subject)
LA-Based; please do NOT apply if not local
Well-versed in core subject matter for 2nd/3rd grade
Teaching Background
Experience creating customized lesson plans
