This down-to-earth Mom and Dad are looking for a nanny who is kind and can be firm as needed. A nanny who can integrate into their children's lives and become parents' Right Hand. The 10-year-old son is on the Autism spectrum. He is active, happy, and communicates well, but he has his moments of noncompliance. His 6-year-old sister loves animals and creative art.  Both children are in elementary school Monday -Friday and have sports practices.
The most important for the Family is to hire a nanny who is prepared to deal with autistic behaviors and noncompliance. A typical daily routine: Healthy snack (fruit, veggie, whole grains, lean proteins) Homework. Reading. Prep lunches/backpacks for the next day. Encourage Kid chores: dishes, laundry, tidying up after themselves. Playtime: make sure they are kind to each other. The caregiver will team up with the mom to drive the children
Schedule: 1pm - 8pm
Compensation: $40/h

The Family has two beautiful cats. They reside in 3000 sq ft., 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. 2 floors. Very open floor plan downstairs. The office is downstairs. Very casual. Father's work schedule is complicated. Mother works from home.
