My husband and I are looking for someone to watch after our little boy during our work days from the comfort of our home. He is our first and this is all new to us, so we are looking into our options. I would like to find someone with experience working with infants/young toddlers, who understands developmentally appropriate play/activities, and is to be active with him.
We are looking for someone to care for our lil guy from 7am-6pm. Our ideal nanny would be able to prepare him breakfast, play with him, work on skill building, take him for walks, do lunch, bottle before nap, nap time, and play until mom or dad get home from work.
I usually leave for work at 7am, and get home from work around 6pm. My husbands’ schedule is unpredictable, Based on the time that he wakes up for the day and takes his nap, we may also need help with his dinner as well,
As we are still looking into our options, one other relationship we would be willing to start would be a pre/post daycare provider. Would love to talk more to hear how you might fit into our routine/lives!
