Short Term, Possible Long Term Nanny for 6 Month Old

We're looking for a nanny to take care of our 6 month old daughter. We'd need a nanny Monday thru Friday for about 4/5 hours a day. We need a nanny from December 8th to February 31st but could be a longer term job.
