We’re looking for a new nanny for our two girls. We need someone Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm with a 1 hour break for lunch.

We have two girls — one is 3 years old and one is 1 years old. Our girls are sweet, curious and playful. The 3 year old is fully potty trained. She loves to paint, play with sand, and play pretend. She takes one 1.5 hour long nap. The 1 year old is still in diapers and stays happily busy in her toys too. She takes two naps a day.
We’re looking for someone that can connect well with toddlers and can create activities to keep them engaged. We keep our house stocked with toys/supplies so there should be no shortage of activities. Must be warm and nurturing. You should have the skills to manage kids when they get frustrated, tired or cranky. We don’t use timeouts or harsh communication. You will also be responsible for tidying the kids play area before leaving at the end of the day and folding their laundry on wash days.
Both live-in and live-out options are available. If you are interested in a live-in option, we can arrange a private bedroom, private bathroom, and full access to the kitchen.

The compensation range is $25-40/hour and will depend on your experience, our interview, and, if applicable, any live-in arrangement. Candidates with prior experience caring for two toddlers or as a preschool teacher can expect a higher compensation.
