Seeking a caring and energetic person to assist with our two children: a 4-year-old boy and a 2-month-old girl, in the South San Jose area (near Communication Hill).

Part-time: 12 PM – 6 PM (must-have)
Full-time: 8 hrs between 10am-6pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engaging our 4-year-old: Focus on meaningful activities such as arts, crafts, sensory activities, reading, puzzles, and outdoor play. Help him develop social-emotional skills and organize activities without relying on screens.
Physical Activity: You should be fit and able to run and play games with him in home and outdoor play in nearby park, ensuring he gets plenty of physical exercise.
Afternoon Nap: Putting him down for his afternoon nap and engaging him when he wakes up.
Daily Routines: Assist with daily tasks like dressing, mealtime, and general routines.
Support with Newborn (as time allows): Help with our 2-month-old when necessary, with training provided.
