We have two children, Chrissy (2.5) and Brooks (4 mo.) and our dog, Wesley. Mom stays at home, dad is active duty navy with highly fluid schedule. Our toddler is very energetic and active and requires someone who can give her their full attention.

We are looking for a VERY flexible nanny, starting with ~5-6 hours per day, 2/3 days per week to provide assistance while Dad is working. There will be room to increase hours/days as relationship builds. Mom will be home most of the time. Weekly schedule will change based on Dad’s work requirements.

We cannot stress enough to need for a flexible nanny. Beginning expectation would be 2 days around 9am-3pm, and one day around 2pm-7:30pm. Would be looking for weekend help (about one Saturday and one Sunday afternoon/evening every two months), and the occasional date night sitting.
