Looking for a flexible nanny to provide evening support to Mom when Dad has to stay overnight at work (active duty Navy). Initial ask is for one rotating evening a week, with possibility of expanding hours to days if able. Dad will be on a rotation that has him away from home every 6 nights beginning in the end of December. Additional baby-sitting opportunities for date nights would be great as well. Bottom line, our schedule is very fluid and requirements will change from time to time.
