Wonderful Marina Del Rey family is seeking a thoughtful, patient, and engaging Nanny for their 5-year-old son with special needs. This sweet little boy has the best temperament and is one happy kiddo, though he has the cognitive ability of a 3-year-old and requires the care of a super special caregiver. The family is navigating a challenging time, as the mother is facing a terminal illness. Eventually, this role will transition to supporting a single father and his son.

LOCATION: Marina Del Rey, CA

RATE: $35-40/hr gross commensurate with experience
SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm (35-40 hours guaranteed weekly) PLUS 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, and health insurance stipend!

REQUIREMENTS:

Special needs experience
Up to date on ALL Vaccinations
MUST be strong (the child is just under 50 lbs, he is mobile and walks)
Dog Friendly
Passport-ready and able to travel
