Full time nanny for a toddler and a baby

My husband is an engineer and I am a nurse, we need help caring for our two daughters during day time. We want someone fluent in Spanish, and is willing to teach and play with them as there is no TV time allow until older age. Any help with their laundy or snacks is appreciate but not really expected. Thank you
