Busy family in the South Bay is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and experienced full-time nanny/family assistant to care for their two boys, ages 8 and 9, both of whom are neurodivergent. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, nurturing, and capable of handling the boys’ academic and behavioral needs while managing some household duties. The boys are very active, so they need someone who can keep up with their energy and actively engage them in both educational and playful activities.
LOCATION: Palos Verdes Estates and Hermosa Beach, CA

SCHEDULE: 10am-6pm with the flexibility to stay later on a weekend or stay overnight on occasion

COMPENSATION: Competitive salary based on experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to travel, passport ready
Minimum of 3-5 years working as a nanny, caregiver, or in a similar role with children who have neurodivergence (e.g., ADHD, autism, sensory processing issues).
College-educated (a degree in education, psychology, child development, or related field is a plus).

Knowledge of behavior management and techniques for working with
neurodivergent children. Comfortable supporting children with academic work.

Must have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
Energetic, patient, and able to keep up with two active boys.
