We are a transracial, adoptive family! We are a laid-back, modern family who co-parent really well together. The care will take place at my house (Mom’s house) in Ojai, and then sometimes on Fridays we will need our nanny to drive our son to his Dad’s house in Thousand Oaks. We practice intentional parenting and try to be as consistent as possible.
Our son is an energetic, 5-year-old boy in T-K. He loves to ride his bike at the skate park, play with cars, and also loves any kind of water play. He is a strong-willed boy who responds best to a confident leader and being in a routine. He also enjoys basketball and soccer.
3-5 years of childcare experience with elementary-age children ages 5-6, prior nanny experience working long hours and/or working at an elementary school in some capacity, a Driver’s License, reliable car, clean driving record, 1 year of availability, comfortable around a medium-sized dog, and must be punctual.
