We are a family of 4 in Novato. Our little ones are Vivi (4) and Theo (22 Mo). Both parents work Full time in healthcare but at least 1 parent is usually working from home. We are looking for a nanny to primarily care for Theo during the day, since Vivi is in half day preschool 5 days/ wk. There may be occasional times when the nanny would be caring for both children.
We are looking for our future nanny to be experienced with toddlers, and to be able to care for Theo including: changing, bathing, diapers, naps, feeding & play. We are looking for someone to also help him develop speech and gross motor skills. If caring for Vivi, we hope that the nanny can implement fun, educational and physical activities.
We will be needing childcare for 30+ hours a week starting in Jan 2025, usually between 8a-4p but in Mar-Apr 2025, there will likely be a schedule change due to 1 parent changing jobs.

Vietnamese language is a plus! as is early childhood development degree or other education.
