We are a loving, private family seeking a mature, skilled, observant, energetic nanny for our 16-month-old daughter. She is vibrant, loves music, and is active and social. Our family is moving to Porter Ranch between June 15 and June 21, and we are looking for someone with high emotional intelligence and a deep love for children. We are looking for someone long term to be with us throughout the years. We have a small 10 year old French Bulldog who we treat as one of our children
Ensure child’s safety and well-being at all times
Engage in various activities (e.g., music classes, gym sessions) to support her active and social nature
Manage her food allergies (tree nuts, peanuts, and eggs) and be prepared for emergencies
Travel-ready for family trips
Attend birthday parties and family events
Maintain discretion and professionalism
Must keep dog separate from baby and know the routine on how the family does this to keep baby safe.
Requirements:
Mature, safe, and energetic with a kind demeanor
CPR certified (or willing to obtain)
Take a choking class or know what do do in a choking emergency is very important.
Experience with infant and toddler care as well as diligence in managing food allergies
Flexible to work occasional nights and weekends (temporarily - family plans to hire a dedicated weekend nanny later)
