Looking for a full-time nanny (guaranteed 40 hr/week): M-F 9am-6pm, some time shifted to evenings and weekends. Must be nurturing, patient, reliable and flexible. Pay rate is competitive; must use payroll. Looking for someone to help with childcare (cooking, reading, etc.) and with household tasks (household dishes, tidying up). Must have strong communication skills, is able to be active and has experience teaching little ones, has experience with gentle parenting. Strong preference for someone with child development education or Montessori background. No phones/screens unless for necessary communication. Clear background check/references required non-smoker, vaccinated, CPR certified.
