Mill Valley family seeking a long-term part time nanny for their 2 children, ages 9 & 11 years, to start Monday August 5th. Care is needed long-term Monday-Friday from 2:30pm-5:30pm (opportunity to work additional hours occasionally. The 9 yo loves reading, arts & crafts & animals. The 11 yo enjoys playing baseball, soccer, tennis, playing with friends in the neighborhood & occasional screen time. Mom & dad occasionally WFH. There are 2 large dogs & two cats (all friendly).
Driving children, homework help, engaging with children, preparing + cooking snacks/meals for children, keeping children's spaces and belongings organized, laundry and light housekeeping related to children, let the dogs outside/inside as needed.
Must have valid driver’s license + clean driving record & be comfortable with friendly cats + large friendly dogs. Rate is $30-$35 per hour. BENEFITS: 3 vacation days per year, 2 sick days per year, federal Holidays off (list to be provided), if they fall on scheduled workday, 15 guaranteed weekly hours. Position length is a minimum of 1 year.
