I work 40 hours/wk hybrid (2-3 days on-site). My husband also works full-time but he has more flexibility. We have a 3 y/o boy who is in preschool M-F 9-3pm, and another baby boy due in May 2025. I expect to return to work FT in Sept 2025. We also have two indoor husky dogs that are very people and kid friendly.

Nanny for infant and light housekeeping/laundry when infant is asleep.
