A bright, energetic, and highly organized Family Assistant is needed for a busy Malibu family with three active kids (ages 3, 8, and 11)! You'll work closely with her each day, assisting with everything from school runs and activities to household organization and errands.

LOCATION: Malibu, CA (near Pepperdine)

SCHEDULE: Tuesday - Saturday, 30-35 hours a week (8am start time)

RATE: $35-40/hr gross DOE

QUALIFICATIONS:

Positivity is key – This is a drama-free home that thrives on a happy, upbeat atmosphere.
Dog-friendly – The family has a large dog, so comfort with pets is important.
Punctual and reliable – You’re someone who always arrives 10-15 minutes early and is dependable.
Highly organized and detail-oriented – You’ll help keep the household in order, especially organizing spaces like closets and drawers.
Active and energetic – You should live an active, healthy lifestyle to match the family’s high-energy pace.
Open to travel – Flexibility with occasional travel may be required.
Glowing references from previous employers are a must!
