Hi! We're first-time parents looking for a reliable and experienced part-time nanny to watch our 14-month baby boy in Irvine (Northwood area). Both mom and dad work from home. Dad is in meetings most of the day but mom has a more flexible schedule. We also have a friendly golden retriever.
Duties include playing, feeding, changing diapers, going on walks, and putting down for afternoon nap. Light baby-related housekeeping like cleaning high-chair and bottles, tidying up play area, and occasionally laundry.
Currently we’re looking for someone to start off at 2-3 days a week from 11:30-3:30pm or 4pm (4-5 hours/day). Tuesdays and Thursday are preferred (Dad goes into the office) but third day is flexible/as-needed basis. In the future once baby boy goes down to 1 nap and starts walking, we would like to transition to 3-4 days a week (5-6 hours/day). Other requirements: great attitude, 2+ years of experience with babies over 1 year old, CPR certified, non-smoker, and provide 2-3 references.
