Baby is 4 months old, Middle schooler does not need much. Both parents work in the medical field. We need someone to watch the baby for a couple hours in the evenings when mom leaves for work until dad gets home from work. Sometimes we also need someone to watch the baby for a few hours in the morning until afternoon. Mom will be home but works at night so would need a babysitter while she sleeps during the day for a few hours.
