3 kids under 3. Our oldest son goes to school 9-3pm. Our 1 year is watched by grandma most of the week and newborn stays with Mom.
Need help with drop off or pick up from school occasionally for our 3 year old. Our 1 year old stays home 1-2 a week to give grandma a break so we need help with watching her at home from 8-3pm. Playing with toys, reading books, feeding (we will have food ready) going outside and going on walks. .
Dad works from home and has flexibility on schedule.
