Loving Nanny Needed for Infant with Light Housekeeping

We are an Encinitas family seeking a dedicated and long-term nanny for our 7-month-old! Our ideal match is experienced, patient, loving, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide attentive and nurturing care for our baby
*Be an extension of our family, implementing gentle parenting techniques
*Passionate about child development and creating a stimulating environment
*Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, meal prep, etc.)
*Comfortable with pets (we have one sweet and timid dog)
*Comfortable with 2 children as we plan to expand our family in the future
Schedule:
*24 hours a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
*Potential to add a day of the week: up to 32 hours a week
Requirements
- Multiples experience
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
- Toilet training
- Sick care
