Chapman Park family is seeking a part time nanny/backup sitter for their 17 month old to start ASAP. Care is needed Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 5pm-7pm. Family is looking for a provider who has add'l availability for backup care on weekdays, 8am-5:30pm (any availability within this time frame is helpful). The family can provide several month’s notice for their daytime backup care needs, however, the sick day requests will typically be for the next day.
Start date: ASAP
* Length of Position: Long-term
* Compensation: $30-$40 per hour + gas reimbursement when driving the child
* Schedule: Tuesdays + Wednesdays, 5pm-7pm (consistent)
----> Backup care needed Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm*

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bathtime
- Bedtime routines; mom will put child to bed
- Cooking/preparing healthy meals for child
- Driving child
- Diaper changing/potty training assistance
- Engaging w/ child
- Facilitating nap times during daytime requests
REQUIREMENTS:
-2 years of paid professional toddler care experience
-Authorized to work in the U.S.
-CPR certified, or willing to become certified
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Reliable vehicle to transport child
-Valid driver’s license, clean driving record + valid driving insurance
-Able to provide at least 2 paid, professional childcare references
-Must be able to successfully clear a background and social media check
