We are a Chinese family needing a nanny for our 7-month-old baby boy before we send him to daycare in Jan or May next year. I work from home and can occasionally help but our baby boy will need someone compassionate to take care of regularly. Currently, his grandma comes and takes care of him on some days. We expect the nanny to help with preparing and feeding bottles and solids, changing diapers, soothing the baby when he's upset, taking him to nap, floor play, and story time. A typical work day is likely 7 hours a day(9:30-16:30) but we are flexible.
