We’re excited to present an INCREDIBLE new opportunity for a head nanny in beautiful Puerto Rico – open to ALL U.S. CANDIDATES! A warm, playful, and highly experienced nanny is invited to join an active family of six in their stunning Dorado Beach home. This role is ideal for a seasoned, hands-on nanny who thrives in a family-focused and adventurous environment.

SCHEDULE: 6 days/week, 8-10 hours daily

COMPENSATION: $100,000 - $160,000 gross, DOE
LOCATION: Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico (with travel to Michigan and Montana) –

ACCOMMODATIONS: Private 2-bedroom casita with kitchenette and breathtaking views, plus full access to exclusive community amenities, including a beach club, tennis courts, pools, and golf cart transportation.

Experienced Leader: A senior-level nanny with a professional approach, able to respect family boundaries and maintain a structured, consistent environment.
