Job Title: Live-In Nanny/Household Manager

Salary: Competitive 80k, based on experience and fit; open to stipend/payroll options
Position Overview: A busy professional family in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced, structured, and flexible live-in nanny/household manager to join their household. The ideal candidate will have experience with newborns and be capable of managing logistics and household maintenance. This is a long-term position, ideal for someone who is looking to commit to a family for many years. There will be a night nurse the first several months after the baby is born.
Assist with the family's two children from a previous marriage, aged 13 and 11.

Work collaboratively with the existing housekeeper/nanny to maintain a well-organized home.
Drive children to and from activities as needed.
Offer weekend coverage and be available for longer days during the week.
Communicate effectively with both parents and other household staff.
Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the busy lifestyle of the parents, who both run businesses.
