We are a gay couple living in the East Bay close to Rockridge with a daughter. Our home is often a gathering place, especially thanks to our Italian heritage and passion for cooking and Jewish background. We love creating memorable meals and enjoying time with friends and family. We speak English in the house, but would like our daughter to speak Italian.
We are looking for a nanny who speaks Italian and is caring, responsible, and has experience with infants or younger siblings. Our daughter will be six months old when you join us, we value a proactive approach to infant care, including feeding, changing, and engaging in developmental activities. Patience, attentiveness, and a nurturing attitude are essential qualities. You'll do diaper changes, feeding, preparing her meals, stroll walks, etc.
Monday through Friday ideally from 9 to 5, but can be a bit flexible on start/end time. We live 5 minutes from Rockridge, close to Montclair.
