Full-time nanny for the summer!

Looking for a full-time nanny to watch over our (now) 6-month-old for the summer. Job starts ASAP and ends early September.
Looking for someone with the following:
* Experienced with infants
* Good communicator
* Teach and guide developmental milestones
* Flexible and adaptable
* Creative and playful
As both of us work full-time, we are also looking for help with light housekeeping while the baby sleeps. She is fully sleep trained and takes 2 naps that are usually 1. 5 hour long (totaling 3 hours in the day). During this time, anything you can help with to make our lives easier would be greatly appreciated!
