Message from Dad: I'm a single father raising two adopted 10-year-olds.

About the Children: My oldest daughter is almost 11 and incredibly bright, with a creative and artistic side.

My youngest daughter is 10, though she is small for her age and developmentally about two years behind, both physically and emotionally.
Their Ideal Nanny: We're looking for a nanny who is loving and caring yet task-oriented, with the ability to adjust to each of our daughters' unique needs. This person should bring a fun, lighthearted approach, engaging the girls effectively while helping with homework, providing guidance, and acting as a positive role model. We value someone who understands the importance of structure, is firm yet compassionate, and can seamlessly become an extension of our family.
Start Date: ASAP

Expected Job Duration: Longterm

Duties:
Miscellaneous errands
Cooking for children
Children's laundry
Homework support

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
*Guaranteed 20 hours a week
*Family is open to adding additional hours for the right fit

Compensation: $25-$30/hr

Benefits: Sick pay and Gas mileage reimbursement
