A same-sex Christian family in Phoenix is seeking a mature, professional nanny to care for their 3-month-old baby. The family guarantees 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes one overnight shift per week and occasional travel with the family. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to Scottsdale or Chandler, as the family may relocate soon.
DUTIES: supporting the baby’s development, feeding, encouraging routines, and following a provided schedule. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who understands growth milestones and can align with the family’s gentle parenting style. Experience with baby sign language and bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus. No driving is required, and the family’s well-trained service dogs do not require care.
The tentative start date is October 21st. The family offers $30/hour, PTO, and sick days, and requires vaccinations (MMR, Tdap, COVID, and flu) for the nanny.
