Part time sitter for a 2 year toddler

We have a family of three where me and my husband work in ITand we have a baby who’s going to be 2 soon.We are from India and have been in Phoenix since 5 years.
We want the sitter to play and teach him some basics like eating on his own, play, and interact.
The sitter can take care of the for 3-4 hours and we are located on Indian school rd and 91st ave.
Requirements
- Special needs experience
