FT sitter for 1 preschool boy

We are a family of 5. Both parents work outside the home and our two older children are in school full time.
We need sitter to be in house 3 days a week, possibly more if desired, 8am-3/4pm.
Child is 3.5 year old boy who loves plaing anything with a ball.
