Seeking Nanny 5 days a week for Family New to Paradise Valley

Hello - we are new to the Phoenix area. We have two daughters in 5th and 9th grade, and a mini poodle.
We are looking for a nanny 5 days a week, from Noon-6pm. The nanny will help us pick up girls from school, to activities, do light housekeeping and laundry, walk our dog, and prepare dinner.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
- Running errands
