We are aging parents who snowbird to AZ for the winter. Our adult son with autism and developmental delays lives with us. Seeking kind-hearted people to support him with his communication, social and work skills to support him in reaching his goals of full community integration and inclusion.

Enjoy fast paced schedule with multiple activities a day. Driving to appointments, supporting him at personal fitness trainer appts, rides at amusement parks, daily walks, bowling, music lessons, social gatherings, volunteer work, cleaning job skills training and helping participate in all community activities and living.

Must enjoy the outdoors and walking. A plus if able and interested in traveling to popular beach town in MI for 3-6 months in the summer as nanny/community living supports coach
