We're a just starting out family with a healthy, well behaved almost 1-year-old daughter! We both work from home, and have a nice, well trained cat (stays off eating/cooking surfaces, litter outside). We believe in the continued presence of the parents and interaction in our daughter's daily growth and can easily break away to support. The house is laid back and the many has access to most of It as well.

10 years experience with children, particularly newborns. Light cleanup: baby bottles, running dishwasher, load baby laundry, light meal prep (we have maids).

Important that the nanny is engaged with our daughter.

If you're bilingual in English/Polish that's a bonus but not necessary.
