Care for infant while mother works. Mother can feed and change diapers just need support while on phone calls and when in office for 1 week out of month.
Potentially drop off older siblings at school and watch the 4 year old and infant on Fridays

7-3 ish may be flexible in the afternoon
There may be mornings before 7 on Fridays
Will need some flexibility but everything will be communicated in advance
Plan to pay a set amount every month
