We are first-time parents to a sweet 5-month-old baby girl and seek a loving, professional nanny. Mom works in a stable medical role (currently from home), while Dad’s schedule is flexible but unpredictable.

Our ideal nanny follows or is open to learning the Montessori Method, prioritizing respect, independence, and communication. Duties include childcare, laundry, bottle cleaning, and light housekeeping. Must be vaccinated, comfortable with sick care, and flexible with hours.

Schedule: 40 hrs/week, varying start/end times
Pay: $20-$25/hr DOE
Start: 03/31/25 (13 weeks)
