Working parents needing reliable, consistent nanny. 2 of the kids are in school most of the day. We have one autistic son who would be your primary child you are watching.
We need the sitter to be hands on with our autistic child and help him develop using some of the techniques learned in therapy. We also need the sitter to make meals usually breakfast and lunch, occasional dinner for our older daughters. We would like the nanny to help with homework of our older daughters.
