I am looking for a reliable and detailed person to clean my unit every other week. I am located blocks from the Alaska Junction in West Seattle.

Duties include:
* Hardwood Floor Vacuuming/Sweeping In All Areas
* Vacuuming Living Room Furniture
* Dusting Cabinets/TV area
* Cleaning Kitchen Surfaces and Exterior Face of Appliances
* Cleaning Bathroom Countertops
* Cleaning Shower (Master Bath En Suite Only)
* Emptying Garbage/Recycling/Compost (if needed)

Additional notes:
* Ample parking in front of building (free) or in condo lot behind the building; I have a dedicated spot
* I have a variety of cleaners and equipment that can be used if needed
* I am flexible on day/time
* I have a sweet and chill cat that usually won't get in your way. She'll likely hide at first underneath the bed but over time she will get to used to you and expect some light attention.
* I may have one-off projects from time to time for additional earning opportunities.
