We are needing a person to come monthly to do light cleaning around the common areas like: Living room, Kitchen/Dining Nook, Hallway. But deep cleaning in the bathrooms.

Light housekeeping includes tasks such as dusting open surfaces; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming around furniture; wiping down counters; washing and putting dishes away; cleaning bathrooms and kitchens and organizing drawers, shelves, and pantry.

The bedrooms are not included in the needs due to kids taking care of their space and one of the parents works from home so he takes care of his office.
