Regular cleaning every week - Clean full kitchen including wiping down stainless steel appliances, dust, vacuum, mop, scrub bathrooms, change sheets on beds, etc.

In the extra time, I would want special projects completed. Maybe clean all fans one week. Clean baseboards one week. Mop walls once in awhile. That type of thing.
